The terms.

Who invoices
Denis Yermakou, an individual trading as The AxonOS Project, in USD or EUR, with the order id on every invoice.
Cancelling
By email to connect@axonos.org, at any time; the month already paid runs to its end.
After cancelling
We stop writing to your repository and, as you choose, transfer it to your account with its history or delete it. Your watchlist is deleted from the engine within thirty days.
Confidentiality
Your watchlist, your field watches and your brief are never published and never feed the public map.
Liability
Limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Payment
Pricing on request, agreed in writing before any work begins. Paid by bank transfer against an invoice, in USD or EUR; the invoice carries the order id, the amount and the bank details.
Refunds
A first digest within seven days of the payment arriving, and a Field Brief within five business days, or the payment is refunded in full.
A missed day
If the engine misses a day of deliveries, your term is extended by that day, and the gap is noted in your repository.
The map
A payment never buys a place on the public map, never changes a score, and nothing public is taken away to make a paid version.

Access to GitHub.

Radar never asks for access to your GitHub account or organisation, and holds no credential of yours.

Where it lives
Your watchlist and digests live in one private repository that we create and keep for you.
Your access
We invite the GitHub accounts you name with the read role. They can read, download, watch and use the GitHub API over that repository, and nothing else of ours.
Our access
The engine writes with a credential that belongs to AxonOS and is used only for subscriber repositories that AxonOS owns.
Webhooks
Repository webhooks need admin rights, so we add the endpoint you give us; you can ask us to remove it at any time.
Revoking
Any invited account can leave the repository from GitHub at any time, without asking us.
Cancelling
We stop writing to your repository and, as you choose, transfer it to your account with its history or delete it. Your watchlist is deleted from the engine within thirty days.

Privacy.

These pages collect nothing about visitors: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking. What follows is the data a purchase involves.

What we process
Your billing contact, billing address and tax id; the GitHub usernames you ask us to invite; your watchlist and field watches; the briefs and digests prepared for you; and the email in which all of it is arranged.
Why
To invoice you, to deliver what you bought, and to answer you. Never to advertise, never to sell, and never to feed the public map.
Where
Email, and the private GitHub repository kept for you. GitHub is the processor of that repository under its own terms.
How long
Billing records for as long as tax law requires. Your watchlist is deleted from the engine within thirty days of cancelling; your repository is transferred to you or deleted, as you choose. Correspondence for as long as it is needed to serve you.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion at connect@axonos.org.
Data processing agreement
No standard data processing agreement is published. If your procurement requires one, write to connect@axonos.org and we will review yours.
The public map
How the free map treats public repository data is in docs/RETENTION.md; how the site is protected, in docs/THREAT_MODEL.md.
